Telephone Scam....
It has come to our attention that members may be receiving computer-generated calls claiming to be from their financial institution. The call claims their accounts have been frozen, and to contact a toll-free number. The recorded message asks customers to key in their account number, card expiration date, and PIN.
PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Everett Credit Union does not make pre-recorded phone-calls.
