Information about your transactions with us such as account balance, payment history, credit card usage, ATM/Debit card usage and information from checks and electronic transfers;
Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as credit worthiness and credit history; and
Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application and other forms.
We may disclose all of the information we collect about our members and former members, as described above, to third parties only as permitted by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services soley intended to promote Everett Credit Union's products and services.
We will share non-public information with third parties under the following conditions:
To complete business functions or services;
With consumer reporting agencies in accordance with standard financial industry practices;
When you authorize us to provide such information; and
Under circumstances permitted or required by law.
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
We will safeguard any information you share with us. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information.
